Terms & Conditions — jetbahis Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jetbahis ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the jetbahis website, its games, betting markets, promotions, support services, and any associated digital content. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jetbahis platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its provisions, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

jetbahis reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The version currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document and in all related communications, promotional materials, and support interactions associated with the jetbahis platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

jetbahis reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, the Player's account may be restricted — including suspension of withdrawal requests and bonus eligibility. Accepted verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Documents must be current, legible, and clearly show the Player's full name and date of birth.

2.2 Jurisdiction Eligibility

By registering an account, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform, and that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory as defined by jetbahis's internal compliance policies. jetbahis does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a Player's failure to comply with applicable local laws.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jetbahis. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jetbahis will close the additional account(s), forfeit any bonus balances held therein, and may void any winnings generated from the duplicate account.

• Players must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Players must register using their own true identity — pseudonyms and aliases are not permitted.
• Players must not create an account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• Players must not access the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to obscure their true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jetbahis are prohibited from holding Player accounts.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on jetbahis, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information. The registration form requires, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a chosen username and password. All information provided must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jetbahis strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify jetbahis support immediately at support@jetbahis if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jetbahis will not be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Players must submit one or more of the following documents when requested:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered to the Player for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

jetbahis aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing item. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until their first withdrawal request to avoid processing delays.

3.3 Account Updates

Players are responsible for keeping their registered contact information current. Changes to your email address, mobile number, or registered payment method must be submitted via the account settings panel or by contacting support at support@jetbahis. Changes to core identity information (legal name, date of birth) require re-submission of KYC documentation and are subject to review by the compliance team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jetbahis supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform must be conducted using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance purposes.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment method availability may vary based on the Player's account verification status and location. jetbahis reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for the most current list of available options.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the Player's chosen responsible gaming deposit limits and the platform's internal risk controls — check your account settings for your current applicable limit.
• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to the Player's account within seconds of transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits typically clear within 15 to 60 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing window.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) are processed in real time subject to issuing bank approval.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance holds on the account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per request.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jetbahis are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a Player's payment method processes a transaction in a different currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction, as determined by the payment processor. jetbahis does not levy additional currency conversion fees beyond those applied by the payment provider.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

jetbahis operates a structured daily bonus cycle designed to reward regular engagement rather than relying solely on a one-time welcome offer. Bonuses available on the platform include deposit reload bonuses, free bet credits, live casino cashback rewards, and login streak incentives. All bonuses are subject to the general and specific terms set out in this section and in the individual promotional terms published alongside each offer.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above with accounts in good standing.
• Each bonus may be claimed once per player per promotional period unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Players who have set a self-exclusion period on their account are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during the exclusion window.
• jetbahis reserves the right to withhold bonus eligibility from accounts suspected of bonus abuse, even if abuse has not been conclusively proven, pending investigation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on jetbahis are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. The following general rules apply to wagering requirements across all jetbahis bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within this window will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%, live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain slot titles may be excluded entirely. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published with the offer.
• Bets placed with Bonus Balance that are voided, cancelled, or cashed out early do not count toward wagering requirements.
• jetbahis reserves the right to adjust the wagering requirement contribution rate of any game at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

jetbahis actively monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and potentially account closure include, but are not limited to:

• Placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers (e.g., backing both sides of an outcome) using bonus funds in order to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Coordinating with other players to exchange bonus-funded wagers between accounts.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Making a deposit, claiming a bonus, and withdrawing the deposit before completing the wagering requirement on the bonus (where permitted by the system — such attempts will be reviewed and reversed).

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino game outcomes on jetbahis are governed by the rules set out in this section together with the sport-specific and game-specific rules published in the platform's help centre. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and a sport-specific or game-specific rule, the sport-specific or game-specific rule takes precedence for that market or game only.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Odds

A bet is only accepted when you receive a confirmed bet receipt displaying a unique bet reference number and the accepted odds. A successful bet placement screen without a reference number does not constitute a confirmed wager. jetbahis updates odds in real time; the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager regardless of subsequent market movements.

6.2 Manifest Errors in Odds

Where a Manifest Error is identified in the odds displayed for a market — for example, a decimal price of 100.00 on a heavy favourite due to a technical fault — jetbahis reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and refund stakes to Players' Real Money Balances. A bet placed by a Player who knew or should reasonably have known that the price was an error will be voided regardless of the outcome. jetbahis will use reasonable commercial efforts to identify and correct Manifest Errors as promptly as possible.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on jetbahis are subject to brief suspension periods during key match events (wickets in cricket, goals in football, penalty decisions). Bets placed during a suspension window are not accepted. jetbahis uses official data feeds from recognised sports data providers; where a feed delay is detected, markets may be suspended until data accuracy is confirmed. jetbahis accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's reliance on live score data from third-party sources that differ from the official feed used by the platform.

6.4 Match Abandonment & Void Markets

• If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (as defined by the governing body's rules for that competition) have been completed, all pre-match bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.
• In-play bets already settled at the time of abandonment will stand.
• If a match is rescheduled and played within 72 hours of the original start time, jetbahis may, at its sole discretion, either honour pre-match bets for the rescheduled fixture or void and refund them.

6.5 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on jetbahis — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are governed by the individual game rules provided within the game interface. Random number generators (RNGs) used in non-live slot and table games are tested and certified for statistical fairness. Game malfunction — including server disconnection during a live game round — voids the affected game round and the stake is returned to the Player's balance.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the jetbahis platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other players and platform staff. The following obligations are binding on all registered Players and apply at all times during your use of the platform.

7.1 General Obligations

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions with jetbahis, including registration, KYC submissions, support communications, and promotional claims.
• You must use the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose, data mining, or competitive intelligence gathering.
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, AI agents, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You must keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You must not access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited without first verifying the legality of such access.

7.2 Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion with other players — agreeing to share winnings, coordinate betting patterns, or exchange information to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of a sporting event on which a wager has been placed.
• Using inside information — placing bets based on material non-public information about a sporting event's outcome, lineup, or conditions.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors to place bets or generate winnings in a manner not consistent with normal gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jetbahis staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) to gain any advantage, including claiming duplicate bonuses.

7.3 Responsible Use Declaration

By using the jetbahis platform, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily and for entertainment purposes, that the funds you deposit are not borrowed or required for essential living expenses, and that you are aware of the risks associated with gambling. Account Suspension & Closure

jetbahis reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the situations described in this section. Where an account is closed for reasons of suspected fraud or serious breach of these Terms & Conditions, jetbahis is not obligated to provide advance notice.

8.1 Grounds for Account Action

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time window after a withdrawal request.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence of underage gambling or registration by a person under 18 years of age.
• Suspected use of the account for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• The Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

8.2 Player-Requested Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team at support@jetbahis. Upon receipt of a closure request, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method after completing the standard KYC review, provided that the account is in good standing and no investigation is pending. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period: the account is suspended; login is blocked; promotional communications are ceased immediately; and no new account may be opened by the excluded Player. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and are irreversible during the chosen exclusion window. Permanent self-exclusion requests may only be reversed after a mandatory minimum waiting period.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jetbahis will notify the Player by email prior to class ifying the account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the Real Money Balance, after the initial 12-month dormancy period has elapsed. Once the Real Money Balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time before closure by simply logging in and contacting support to confirm reactivation intent.

8.5 Consequences of Account Closure for Cause

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or prohibited conduct — jetbahis reserves the right to:

• Forfeit the entire balance held in the account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance.
• Recover from the Player any costs incurred by jetbahis as a result of the breach, including payment processing chargeback fees.
• Disclose relevant information to payment processors, fraud prevention agencies, and law enforcement authorities as permitted or required by applicable law.
• Permanently block the Player from registering any future account on the jetbahis platform.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms published on the jetbahis platform, constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and jetbahis with respect to the use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had not been included.

Waiver. The failure of jetbahis to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any particular breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Force Majeure. jetbahis shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or power outages.

Amendments. jetbahis reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version is always the version published on this page. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to all registered Players at least 7 days before taking effect.
